Chamberlin & Hill can offer its in - depth casting design and casting simulation knowledge and proactively collaborate with customers in the casting design and development of components prior, and continually through series production.
At Chamberlin & Hill, quality is an investment in people and process. This is driven by the business desire to manufacture quality castings, achieve customer satisfaction. As well as delivering on time requirements which satisfy industry standards and specifications.
Our existing tool room has recently undergone significant investment and employs a Mazak Vertical machining centre. As a result, this allows Chamberlin & Hill to produce all tooling requirements for high volume castings in-house. In other words, this allows us to have complete quality control over our tooling, maximising quality and efficiency. Tools can be created in a range of resins, irons or tool steels to suit the application and estimated series volumes. Therefore, we can provide a full turn-key solution to your casting needs, becoming a member of your integrated supply chain.
Chamberlin and Hill can utilise a wide and comprehensive range of measurement methods to inspect both the castings and machined components produced. In-house CMM and Image Dimension Measurement System capabilities exist at both the high volume casting, medium volume castings and machining facilities. The foundry also operates a 3D light scanner providing a fast and comprehensive inspection of parts for PPAP reporting or reverse engineering. The inspection and tooling production facilities both assist with Chamberlin and Hill being one of the most important suppliers in your integrated supply chain.
